This is the ticketing system that we use to track service tickets. I am the team lead for this system and my main responsibility is to monitor incoming tickets and triage them to the proper team member. I communicate and collaborate with many people in different roles and experience in a timely and professional way. Since our team implemented this system, we have been breaking our previous month’s record month over month.
